To all readers, let me introduce my New Jersey friend, Joanie. She may live in NJ, but she's a 100% Vineyarder and goes there whenever she can. You are going to read some wonderful things about our island and she's an authority who does it with love. Stay tuned for more Vineyard stories from M. V. South (Joanie's home in New Jersey).

Hi! I linked over from Deb's blog. I would love to visit the MV Tabernacle and Oak Bluffs, especially for Illumination Night. Plus, I enjoy visiting other Camp Meeting Association communities to see the similarities (and differences) with Mt. Tabor. I'm currently reading a novel by Alice Hoffman called, Illumination Night. She's one of my favorite authors and the MV setting can't be beat.
